Are these a scam?? My socials are covered in adverts. Does anyone have any experience and if so, can you recommend a reputable company to investigate?

If they're advertising on social media, they'll take a cut of any money you receive, for something you can do easily yourself for free. Look on Moneysaving Expert for information.

The issue is to do with undisclosed commissions on loans which increased the price of the vehicle/loan repayments.

It may still be speculative as the lenders are going to the Supreme Court later in the year.
