I Bought A New Car Today (feeling guilty)

My car was only a year old, I got an absolute bargain on a trade in on a new car and bought it.
We can afford it, DH was with me when we purchased it. We don't have a mortgage, we work hard, save, don't drink or smoke.

But, my family (sisters) are less well off and I feel guilty as there was absolutely nothing wrong with the other car.
They won't be happy for me, they will begrudge it, make snide comments and talk behind my back, basically sucking any enjoyment out of it.

I've no choice but to see them. I haven't told anyone.

I am far better off than my sisters, one was pretty snippy about it over the years. I just don’t bother with her anymore.
