Either use Canva to make it yourself or ask on Fivrr for someone who can do it for you.
Printng wise, Solo print are usually decent and reasonable. moo do fancier cards.

I do my own books on paper and use Square payment and booking system.

insurance usually just takes a phone call. Just tap your type of business into Google to find a specialist of you need one. What kind of business is it?

most areas have business mentors who can help you with all this.

I believe you'll be able to come up with a simple logo on Canva, it's really easy to use, and the free plan offers a lot of elements and templates that you can customize. As for the business cards, you can create a digital business card for free here; it's also super easy, and they have great templates. Add it to your email signature, for example. And you can also design your business card in Canva and add a QR code leading to your digital card, if you want to print a batch of cards.
