Help! Purchased item hasn't been sent, bought with debit card

Hello money wizards! I bought a sports bra off of No Limits Underwear on 26th Feb, it's yet to be sent and they're not responding to any of my contact attempts so I'm assuming it's a scam website. Gutted as I was looking forward to some post partum running!

I bought it using my debit card - does this mean I have very limited options? Will definitely purchase from new websites with a credit card in future.

Thanks money gurus! X

Intact your bank who can see where the bank account you've paid is located and whether it has already been flagged.

Chuchoter · 08/03/2025 20:04

Have you tried messaging their Facebook page?

They are based in New Zealand according to one review and their item took ages to arrive.

Have you tried messaging their Facebook page?

I tried the private message option - no such luck..the Facebook page seems to have no activity since November which again speaks to being a scam most likely?

The reviews on Facebook about bras look dodgy and are all from male named profiles praising the bras!

Tell your bank asap and get your money back.

Ask your bank for a charge back.

Thanks all - I've looked online at NatWest and it says to give them 14 days from first contact so will need to wait another week or so.

Thank goodness it was only £30 and not a higher amount. Lesson learnt

The purchase has to be more than £100 to benefit from section 75 protection. If it's coming from New Zealand, it could well be that it's still on it's way. Let's hope it fits, as it's unlikely to be worth sending back.

If it doesn't turn up, you could try a chargeback - I don't think there's a minimum spend for that.

So not wait! Call them tomorrow!
