Anyone dealt with Elfin Market?

Hi,

Has anyone had any dealings with a peer to peer lender called Elfin Market? I have a line of credit with them but am having terrible issues with payment/transaction errors. The customer service is abysmal and it’s stressing me out !!

Yes -that's so strange as me and dh were talking about this last night. We also took out a line of credit/online credit card thingy with them a couple of years ago. We had been declined by all other lenders so we were pleased ( and a bit shocked) to be accepted. Last year they suddenly stopped taking our payments/taking incorrect amounts. Some overpayments also showed up as debits - it was all very strange. It's impossible to talk to anyone - we actually submitted a formal complaint but got nothing back so we are in the process of complaining again! It's an absolute shambles. There's been loads of stuff on Facebook and TrustPilot. I get the impression that they are in trouble.
