landlords dont have business hours they need to be able 24 7 for emergencies, i called mine at 6am last week coz my house alarm was faulty and we couldnt get it to stop going off

he has a legal responsibilty to ensure you have heating and hot water at all times

having said that though you can wash at your mums and its not urgent if you have a good relationship with him leave it till mon or text him? dont think he will mind coming around though iof its something he can fix himself

I am a landlord (though not a boiler repair man by trade) and I would absolutely not think it was unreasonable for my tenants to let me know on a Saturday that their boiler wasn't working. In fact, I would appreciate a call as soon as it happened so that I could start making calls and sorting out someone to repair it.
If it was a call for a non-emergency item (ie, light switch stopped working) I would not appreciate a call on a weekend. Faulty house alarm however would be perfectly legit.
Call him today and then let him figure out whether he can fix it right away or wait until Monday (ie he might have something special organized with his family, or maybe knows that he won't be able to get the needed parts until monday anyway). But at least you are letting him know that boiler is broken.

If you have an immersion leave it until Monday , if not call.
