A joint investment account?

Can anyone recommend a joint investment account that husband and wife can be joint holders on and where withdrawals would need consent of both parties? DH and I would like to invest jointly for long haul trickling money monthly into an investment account in addition to individual savings accounts and obviously ISAs don't suit. Vanguard doesn't offer joint accounts. Hargreaves Lansdowne fund and share does I believe but not sure if withdrawals need both parties consent?

Any recommendations?

I think Investec do an online joint account (I have had one with DH) we used it for savings ,but not sure it needed consent of both parties, just one of us could withdraw when we needed to.
