I found a website selling moses baskets, found one I liked and paid for it. I have a paypal receipt, and the website says the item will be dispatched as soon as you get your receipt (so I figured within a day or two at least) but it's been nearly 2 weeks and nothing has come. The phone number always says it's busy and they have ignored my email - what can I do? Company is really far away so I can't go there (if it even exists!).
