Try Googling your water company's name plus social tariff to discover if you are eligible and what you need to do apply.
I did this recently with our company South East Water and was pleasantly surprised to find we were eligible and the whole application process quick and easy and well worth doing.
It could save you a lot money - which is especially relevant now all the water companies are going to be putting their bills up in April.
