Close account because of abusive or threatening words

Just read through the summary of my Nationwide account terms and condition changes and noticed this:

When we can close your account We are adding a new term so we can close an account immediately if:
• you have been abusive or threatening to other customers; or • you have used your account in a way which is abusive or threatening – this might include using words or messages in payment instructions.

I remember seeing a thread a while ago where someone said their ex- put odd words as the reference.
So interesting to note and possibly helpful for some people.
