I did the Martin Lewis thing and looked at my car's finance and think i have a claim - which I have made following the template letter. I have seen that they've extended the time now for them to respond to Dec '25.
I woudl like to sell my car before then. Silly question - but that wont' impact likelihood of being paid anything if I no longer have the car on which the finance was taken?
I presume no point of chasing or asking for clarity from the finance company given this extension- they're just not going to do anything until Dec '25 now i guess? The company is Black Horse.
