Owe £22,000,£11,000 of this late payment fees and interest, had arrangement in place,but they're now telling me that the amount needs to be paid now as this should have been paid for in 2019,I obviously don't have this amount of money to pay it off, I've been in contact with stepchange and CAB, now the company has emailed to say it's going to litigation, I know that this is my fault the arrears have happened, won't go into reasons as to why (ex partner!!)what I would like to know is will I lose my home?I'm upto date on mortgage payments, and what happens now?
