Online banking for children in Europe

I live in Europe., and this is a question for Europe-living British people who have tweens or teens, especially those living in France. How do you give your tweens/teens access to their saved pocket money? Our son has accumulated too much cash and we want to have it stored safely in a way he can access it but we can monitor and/or block if needed his account and spending. We use uk iTunes (we’re an Apple household) so Pixpay isn’t an option (we’d need to be on French iTunes) and according to recent reports Revolute isn’t secure. Are there any other options or do any European banks offer similar accounts? Are you happy with any of the available kids’ bank accounts? Any advice would be very welcome!
