Child benefit not paid

Hi all,

just checking here before I spend my entire lunch break on the phone to HMRC…

Has anyone else due child benefit not been paid today? I usually get it every 4 weeks for 5 year old but nothing today and not even showing as a due payment on the government gateway. Bit stressed!!

I don't know if it's all paid to everyone one the same day, but mines not due till next Monday.

Thanks, I think everyone’s date is different but falls on a Monday or Tuesday. My last date to receive was the 30th sept x

I googled and yes, everyone's date is different but always Monday/ Tuesday.

Not much help though.

I'd try a call. Though that is not a fun way to spend a Monday.

I've had mine today, and last received it on 30 Sept. When was your last payment OP?

Sorry - just seen you got it on 30 Sept too, so yes looks like you should have had it today

Same dates as you and received it today.

My last one was the 30th sept too!

Mines due today but it always goes in 2 days before on the Saturday…I got it on Saturday x
