Any tips for dealing with Bl**dy Twats (that's BT by the way)?

It's the usual story. £70 cancellation charge wrongly applied to my account. Monthly payment consequently increased from £25 to £98 (yes you read that correctly!). Cancellation charge removed, monthly payment not changed despite promise to do so. I cancel payment plan, BT issues bill for full amount to be paid a few days later. I email telling them where to stick it (politely), and that by the way I am also not paying for the broadband service which they have yet to get working.

Has anyone dealt successfully with Bloody Twats and if so, how? And since when have all the billing enquiries been dealt with from India?!

Please? Any experiences? Or perhaps it's clear I just needed to rant...

Yes I can help. Google the CEO of the company and send him an email and you will get a response immediately.

I went for 4 months and over 50 phone hours trying to get my account sorted. After a certain time all calls get transferred to India.

I also got compensation this way too.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for that Horseshoe - I might just do that. It's getting stupid now. I must say my experience is that everything is being dealt with from India, but perhaps that's my bad luck.
