Adds for this company keep popping up on my Mumsnet page. I had such an awful experience with them I need to post. I took out a policy to cover my rental flat, adding in all sorts of extras such as emergency accomodation . A few months in there was a massive leak. To cut a painful story short, it cost me thousands. Simply Business strung me along asking for reports, photos, invoices etc and after about 6 weeks finally told me I’d get nothing as internal downpipes were not covered.
