How to transfer from one ISA to another?

I have a fixed rate ISA about to mature with one bank, but want to transfer into another bank with better interest rates. I have used my ISA allowance for this year, how do I transfer the old ISAs without losing the tax free benefit?

Thank you!

You open the new ISA and state you want to transfer in an existing ISA.
You then fill in a form with the details of the ISA you want to transfer in and the banks do everything else.

Thank you! I didn’t realise it was done from the New ISA end.
