Travel credit card

Can anyone recommend a good travel credit card, please? I don’t normally use credit cards but I am going to Costa Rica and have read that hospitals don’t accept debit cards. I have travel insurance but apparently it can be hard for them to wire the funds quickly because of this issue. I would like to have a credit card that doesn’t have a monthly fee, as I only need it for this holiday in case of emergency.

The one I have is Halifax Clarity, as it doesn't charge commission. No fee either.

Another vote for Halifax clarity. It's my insurance card for when a credit card is needed, I do the bulk of my spending on a Chase card to get 1% cashback (with no fees) and cash withdrawal.
