Tax free childcare and redundancy

I need to reconfirm my details for tax free childcare but am not sure where we stand due to partner being made redundant in 2 weeks time. He is being paid for his notice period of 3 months plus redundancy pay but not actually working during that time unless he finds a new job. Do we still qualify for the next period since he is being paid for his notice period? Is it OK to tick he is currently employed since this is true for the next 2 weeks? Sorry if this is the wrong forum for posting this.

We also just qualified for the 15 funded hours at nursery. Can we continue to claim these?

If you ring them they are actually really good with this and they might say as you've learnt enough they might let you off and have it for a quarter. Just don't lie and don't apply knowing you won't earn the required amount each week
