Legal Aid and Divorce.

Just need some general advice on seeking a divorce and entitlements to Legal Aid for this.

It would be on the grounds of Unreasonable behaviour due to the husbands heavy drinking, violence and adultery.

The person who is seeking the divorce is a SAHM who is claiming benefits and is seperated from her husband but not legally.

I worked for the Community Legal Service several years ago and at that time someone in your position would have been entitled to full legal aid, pretty sure this still the case. If you go to cls advicethere is a calculator (his financial circs are not taken into account as you want a divorce) and details on where to go.
