How much does your sky package cost?

Hi! Our sky package is out of contract and has gone up to £150pm for broadband, landline, signature pack, cinema, kids, sports, TNT sport and Netflix.
Tried to haggle them down and when I said I’d leave they basically waved me goodbye🤣.
interested to know what others pay for their sky packages/what it includes.
Got a quote from virgin for £105 and £50 off first bill, had unbelievably awful experience with them in past but don’t think I can turn down saving over £500 a year.

Do you actually want all those services? I'm another one who can't understand the point of Sky contracts any more because you can just hop from streaming services for much less money and no commitment.

But I guess there's someone in the house who needs the sports channels?

We pay about £22 for Fibre broadband from Sky and then usually have one or two streaming services so maybe around £40-50 pm in total. The broadband is on a deal so will be renegotiated or changed at the end of the contract.

I'm on Virgin and have the full package (including netflex). I pay £99 per month after haggling them down from a renewal price of £180!

Mine is £72. One sky Q box, ultra fast BB and landline phone. No extra tv channels.
I was going to cancel, but we do watch a lot of catch up and use the apps for watching Amazon prime, Netflix occasionally

£67 for ultra fast broadband, sky TV, sky sports and Netflix.

Our out of contract has just gone up to £190! I tried to haggle the other day and they told me to wait until September for better offers.

Oh that’s interesting 🤔. I’ll maybe try again in September…really don’t fancy switching to virgin media but will if I can’t get it cheaper.

Ours is £68 (was £58 before April when they can put it up). We cancelled when out of contract and then as we were due to leave they gave us a deal which I haggled. We have sky signature, sky sports, sky cinema & sky broadband super fast. I have also just added Netflix (adverts) for 2 months free, which will be £4.50 if we don't cancel (1 month rolling). Compared to everyone else we know, I think ours is a great deal.

Oh Waow that is a great deal!!!

It’s the sports that’s the main thing for us tbh, we’re a bit sports mad. (Annoyingly our rugby and football teams games now split over premier sports too…but we’ve drawn the line at 2 sports packs)

asked them to cancel the cinema and kids element of the package cos we can do with Netflix and YouTube, but the two people I spoke with both said doing that loses the discounts were already receiving on the other packs…so cancelling them made the overall bill higher 😡
