So I’m self employed and just realised I need a pension!

I’ve looked and

Nest seems super easy and simple

much MUCH less complicated than a sipp

people on Reddit say initial fee is high, but after that every year they are lower than others

thank you

I have just had a look and I am shocked at the high charges on Nest. Why do you think it is less complicated than a SIPP? With a SIPP you can do choose and fund and do monthly contributions to it, which is not at all complex

Nest is easy to use. The annual management charge is reasonable but you pay a fee for each contribution you make. Have a look at somewhere like Vanguard, they also have an easy to use platform, with more investment options and lower fees

(I have an old Nest workplace pension that I haven't transferred as the annual fee is lower than my new workplace pension with aviva but I won't be adding to Nest)
