I have never had one for either uk or international, but my parents lived overseas, now died and we are wrapping up the estate. The sibling who lives there and is in charge is not really trustworthy and an issue of how the estate money is distributed in regards to tax there and here.
The whole scenario has been deeply stressful and as it is that sibling sold the property against our wishes at a huge loss just because it suited him tax wise and has form for dodgy behaviour.
Can anyone suggest someone ethical and trustworthy either TL or FA, not sure which would be best.
I've been googling for ages but its a minefield.Thank you
