Is there any way of checking whether it's being used for identity theft? I think it had my bank account details, i keep checking my account to see nothing's gone wrong there, but am crapping myself that someone's about to take out a massive loan or something in my name!

Does anyone know if there's anything I can do?

I think I would change bank account. Or at least warn the bank that I have lost details and could they let me know if anything out of the ordinary happened on my account.

I would change everything I was in a position to change personally.

Yes, I think I'll do the warning thing because I can't see any other way I'll know if anything else might be going on.

I am such an idiot.
