Advice - legitimate WFH Evening and weekend part time work

Hi All,

I have been following various threads on here for side gigs etc. The ones that are legit have nothing, and others seems scams :(

I have a good paying job- 9-5 (mostly) Monday- Friday. I work in a highly technical managerial job and I am educated at MSc level.

Unfortunately due to pass issues ( I have helped my family financially a lot) , I'm in a little pressure financially and I want to do something about it.

l would like to have a little wfh evening/weekend job so I can tackle debts as quickly as possible and finally be free! I don't know if such thing exists though :(

If anyone has any tips/pointers please 🙏 I seems to go in rabbit holes and I can't find anything that seems 'real'. I just want to roll up my sleeves and get this sorted. I don't really care if it's really simple data entry or anything to do with admin, as long as it pays and I can fit around my day job.

Thank you 🙏

I’m in the same position as you @zz82 - needed a little extra money to allow myself some spending (as salary goes on bills/bailing family out).

I started freelancing with a tutoring company last year and there’s honestly more work than I need. I found them via LinkedIn. Could this be an option?

Happy to talk to you about being a Utilities Warehouse partner - DM me if you'd like to chat more

Task Rabbit or Air tasker for admin/ virtual assistant tasks?

@MillyMoo1113 thank you for the suggestion. A friend of mine does that but sales are not my thing at all so this would not be suitable for me.

@NewspaperChips that sounds interesting! What are they called please? An ex teacher friend of mine would be interested in this to supplement freelance income

I can’t give the tutoring company name I’m afraid, as it’s small and outing. I kept Googling “my profession & tutor job vacancies”.

It took a while to find the role as many tutor websites offer poor pay and didn’t feel legit to me.

Another option was teaching TEFL courses locally/remotely.
