Tax self assessment - no company name

Hello all

I am trying to sort my first ever self assessment and struggling. I have a full time PAYE job. I also now do 6 days work per year on the side which from April 23 to April 24 earned me £6600.

When I try to add self employment for this to my assessment it asks me what my company name is, and I can’t skip the question. I don’t have a company! Any ideas?

I'm a sole trader and just put my name down for this, as does DH who does some freelancing on the side of his PAYE job.
