UC missed off child element??

I’ve been claiming UC for three months now and last month my partner left me, I have a 4 year old and a 4 month old, I did the change of circumstances and then today when I’ve got my statement it says I’m getting £0 there is only the standard element on there, and with my maternity pay being £787 for the month it’s down as £0 they seem to have missed the kids off? I am really struggling for money!! Has anyone else had this problem??

Seen a few of these and thought initially they were one offs.

However, there have been multiple reports of delays becuase DWP are struggling with the process required to verify children. DWP say they're on top of it again now but there are a lot of cases still waiting.

Is there anything on your journal about your kids and have you had to show any documents?
