I have been getting LCWRA for about a year. Since I submitted my application, there have been changes. I think I’d still be entitled, but I have been improving and getting support since I submitted the application. I don’t know how to submit changes.
I have hyper mobility, but I don’t think it’s so bad that it could explain my severe stomach and back pain. I applied on the basis of the pain, but assumed it was because of the condition, as I had read that it can cause stomach upset and digestive issues. Since then I’ve read that only applies if I have a severe case of the condition which I don’t, so I’m worried if they’ll say it’s fraud or because I haven’t been diagnosed with anything to explain the pain

I had to do the form by myself and misunderstood certain questions and not sure about the advice I got online to fill out the form. I feel I have misrepresented myself and even come across as lying because of it. I remember it asked me if I can lift a carton of milk and I can I do it every day, I could in theory at the time but I was often in bed all day and having fainting spells from not eating properly and likely undiagnosed depression, and was having joint pain flare ups, so I wrote that I couldn’t lift a carton of milk, how could I do anything when I could hardly get out of bed, I’m not sure why I wrote it. but I’ve improved a lot and have things under control

I would call them and find out when your award is up for review.

If you're getting LCfWRA I'd suggest thinking carefully before advising changes; the risk is you'll be found to have only LCfW or fit to work.

If what you said at the time was your honest account and was confirmed at an assessment with a DWP healthcare professional then I don't think subsequent relatively minor changes in what you can do, or your perception of what you can do could lead to a fraud investigation.

Your condition is also one that is likely to fluctuate which means what you can do on good days is very different to bad days.
