Anybody advice about attending court for a suspended order of return of goods order for car with car finance company.
I have kept up with payments since the process with court started as agreed.
Got in to difficulty last year when lost job but now working since October and need car for work,
Is it a straight forward process as panicking and need to keep car.
As far as I am aware the court agrees the amount of ongoing payments by court order or demands return of goods. It's very stressful as partner had a stroke earlier in year so need transport as only driver.
