Banks are open aren't they? Usually until 12 or some of the banks round here are open until 2pm I think. I don't think you'd be able to get that much out of a cash machine, but I could be wrong.

The limit is usually £300/£350 per day from a cash machine but if you can find a branch that is open on a saturday you would be able to withdraw any amount hth

Depends on your account but most won't let you draw that much out of a cash machine (over 24 hr period I think).

Only sensible option would be to go to a bank.

THere are companies that will let you draw on a cheque (if you have a chequebook) but they will cost a lot to do so.

Plus I wouldn't trust a lot of them.

Some banks have a limit even over the counter, I was really wound up once when I wanted to draw £2000 from my Halifax account and was told I needed to give 3 days notice. I was fuming because it was my money. Errm sorry about rant just give bank a call a lot open until lunchtime.

If you do go to the bank take extra ID just in cash. Passport maybe or driving licence.
