£500 to invest

Hi. For various reasons I need to start bringing in some income on top of my salary (as much as possible). I have up to £500 that I can safely use/invest, and 3 days a week that I don't work. Have started lookng in to trading but early days of research. Does anyone have any suggestions please? (increasing my hours at job, or changing jobs are not a possibility). Many thanks.

To add - I have previously tried match betting but it didn't suit me very well, althoug willing to give it another try.

What is your job? Do you have any particular skills or hobbies you could possibly use to make money? Sewing/writing/sales/music/etc?

@WeddingGuestShoes Human Resources. Have considered consultancy, but may be a conflict of interest with my salaried role. Sadly, I am not very crafty/creative.

@WeddingGuestShoes I am pretty good at writing/creative writing. I have been considering erotic literature. I could easily write it, but no idea how/where to sell it. Also copywriting, but again, no idea where or how to get started.
