I made an order this morning with a company I've used a lot in the past.
Great product but slow delivery and lovely but even slower customer service.
Today, payment was taken immediately via Paypal but there is no record of my order in my account page of the company website and there was no order confirmation email either.
Their phone appears to be unmanned - customer service has always been iffy.
And I have been in limbo on Instant chat for more than half an hour while the chat bot ''connects me to a real person''
Paypal have been lovely, but I can't cancel the payment as it's been confirmed and can't open a dispute until the 18th.
So I was wondering if anyone else has had a ghost order before, and how quickly it was resolved?
