Hi I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with adp and their review process? I submitted my change of circumstances and medical support but I have very severe anxiety and the waiting is causing me great worry. Just wondering if anyone has any recent experience with wait time and how the process went for them? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

My husband has ADP. We had to wait nearly 4 months before we got the acceptance letter.
His is slightly different though as its for mobility due to his stroke.

Thank you for your reply. I also have arthritis affecting my mobility which I included in my form. Was your husbands a review or a first time claim? Did they contact you before you received the decision? And was he paid before he got his letter?

We used fightback 4 justice to help with the forms. We had one call to confirm the date he came out of hospital. Then received a letter saying it was successful and got paid the next day. It was backdated to the start of the claim which was a relief as paid our debts we had incurred. It was the first claim.

I moved from DLA to ADP due to a change of circumstances. It took two weeks less than a year from the time I made the phone call to DWP to getting my increased payment from SSS.
Of course I continued to get the amount I had been getting on DLA while the review was going through.
