has anyone used Kwik Fit for home insurance?

They are coming out well in the quotes department but I am nervous about having my home insurance with a company that i thought fixed exhausts!

Anyone have any experience? They beat our current company's quote last year by over £500 but the original company agreed to better it. This year however the original company will only better their renewal quote by a few hundred and so Kwik Fit are tops again.

What to do???

I have used KF several times and I had no issues with them. We even had a claim and they were v good. They act as brokers. Out of interest have you tried Marks and Spencer? They have beaten every quote in the last three years.

I've got car and home insurance with Kwik fit- as 2xtrouble says, they are just brokers. Haven't had a claim, but they've been really good to deal with- scottish call centre- and when I defected (for a year) a couple of years ago they were so lovely I actually felt guilty

They've worked out cheapest for me for a couple of years now.

Yes very good insurance - home and car. I just left them in a huff as local Quick Fit Fitter made me cry!! Nothing to do with the insurance side I know.

However I've just renewed with the Post Ofice for both. Very competitive prices and very friendly helpful chap on fone! Have you tried confused.com??
