Can’t get my pip award letter - anyone else having issues ?

I was rewarded pip in February- but I don’t have my award letter which I need.

I’ve called multiple times, they’ve said each time (7!!!) that they will send a new award letter yet I receive none ? Is there some kind of problem has this happened to anyone else?

Doesnt seem to be any other way to contact them except being on hold for an hour each time

We had this issue recently OP! It took ages. Got there eventually.

Ours was after a Tribunal.

It’s so frustrating as I need the letter for things such as a blue badge and it’s just not easy to get hold of them and when I do they don’t even send the award letter
