long term rates Gas and Electric

hi,im with Eon and 2 days ago my very good fixed rate ended,im looking to stay with them,but what do wise MN's think may happen to prices

i have no idea so here i am asking what do you think

I've just fixed with edf (as it was best for me) I used the calculator on martin lewis website as it tells you what's best for you personally. If I remember correctly his email said last week that eon had one that wasn't fixed but would be several % under the cap so that might be good if you want to stay with eon.
