Hi there

Can anyone point me in the direction of a free sample on the internet of a letter of intent to sue? I've spent the last hour of ds's precious nap time looking, and now have to give up. (again).

Thanks very much

i think all you need to say is that you will be commencing proceedings to gain a county court judgement through the small claims division of the county court or whatever

i have just had a copy letter sent me to that effect ie i am commencing the proceedings

a letter before action is supposed to set out what the problem is and why you say the other person is at fault - ie a last-ditch opportunity for them to put it right.

then say If I do not receive a satisfactory reponse to this letter within x days I will commence legal action in the county court.
