I got an email from this company saying they could get back my bank charges. To be honest I have been meaning to follow up getting my bank charges back for ages but haven't got round to it. This comapany claim they will do everything for you, a dipsy dosey way to get your money back. Of course you pay them for the pivilage, but I just wondered if anyone has used this company or someone similar?

No, sorry. However, if you really want to do it, this page have all the information you need, and even have the template letters you can just print out and send off.
You should know though, that they arnt actually giving people their money back right now. All the major banks have gone to court to defnd their right to keep the money, and a judge is right in the middle of deciding whether we should get our money back, however, that link I gave you has all the info on it.
We claimed ours back just after xmas, and were still waiting now, whereas it used to only take a few weeks to get your money back.

no one can claim back charges until the test case has reached its conclusion which should happen in teh next few months

Thanks, this company guarentee to complete the claim in a few weeks. It's no win, no fee business. Don't know if it's worth it..

I wouldnt bother, all they do is write a letter... you can download template letters from:

www.guardian.co.uk/business/2007/feb/20/accounts.saving

it will probably not take any longer to do it yourself....
