Wrong birth certificate info/ UC

Hi everyone
So this is a long one. I had a very traumatic birth a couple of weeks ago, and stupidly went to get birth certificate the day after, on the way home from hospital. My baby's father and I don't live together, I have a council home with my now two children, and he lives alone. While getting the birth certificate, they asked my address and I gave them my baby's father's address as that's where we were going for a couple of days so he could look after me and help with the children. It didn't cross my mind (once again, very strong pain relief and ZERO sleep in 48 hours) to give them my address. Now on my baby's certificate, it says I live with his father. The certificate was given to me to check over but I didn't pick up on it then either as I was seeing double.

To claim child benefit/ add my child to my UC claim, they'll want to see his birth certificate which has the wrong address for me on. Will I get in trouble for this? I don't want it to effect my benefit because it has the wrong address on it for me. I can't afford to get it changed currently! What should I do? Do I just explain to them at the appointment? Please be kind, Just a tired mother making a genuine mistake.
