Balance Transfer Lloyds to NatWest not working

Anyone got any idea why I wouldn’t be able to do a balance transfer from a Lloyd’s credit card to NatWest?

How are you trying to make the transfer?
Do you mean directly into a bank account or from one credit card to another to take advantage of a better rate?

Yes, a balance transfer from credit card to credit card. You can do the transfer in the NatWest app, but it’s not working for a Lloyds credit card.

No, I suspect I’m going to have to phone them up to get them to do it.

I have just spoken with them and done it over the phone. They are apparently having problems with lloyds cards on the app, which they are trying to resolve
