How to report universal credit underpayment?

I was underpaid last month as I did not report a change in circumstances (rent increase) on time. How and where do I report this? I tried googling it and it just says to leave a note in my journal, which I did, but they just ignored it!

If you reported the change outside of your assessment period then do you have a good enough reason as to why it wasn’t submitted on time? They are quite strict about that

I was meant to add that as far as I know, the only way to do get in touch is via your journal. You can leave a message under ‘Payments’ and that will be received by a DM. You can also call UC but no doubt they’ll advice you to leave a note on your journal too

Is there not an option on the Home page of your journal to report a change of rent ?
