CTF - how to move it and where to?

Can anyone recommend a good CTF provider and how to move from one to another? I'm not too keen on DD1's with Abbey and I'd like to move it at the same time as opening DD2's.
Anyone know how and where to go?

You can move it and the new institution that you choose will usually advise you on what you need to do. I can't recommend where to go though.

I moved my sons this year, it was easy, I just rang the new provider and they just asked a few questions, sent me some forms to sign and sorted the transfer out for me.
