I recently applied for Family Fund and received an email today to say following on from their contact about my awarded grants, could I provide bank details so they can pay the grant directly to me. Except I haven’t had anything from them about it until today.
Ive tried to log in to my application and it just says it’s submitted, the tracker says it isn’t working and I can’t see anywhere that looks like an account to log in to. Any advice please on how to find out what I’ve been awarded? I’ve checked my emails and junk three times and there is nothing in there until the email I received this evening about my bank details.
