Does anyone have any experience about taking a company to court?
I purchased a tv from this reputable company a couple of years ago (still within my 5yr warranty) and the tv developed a fault a few months ago. They were not able to repair the tv as the part was not arriving into stock from a back order they kept making. In October they said they would refund upon collection of the TV within 10-14 days.
It’s now been 4 weeks. I’ve been reading how I can take them to small claims court.
does anyone have any experience of this?
basically I’ll be wanting to claim for abit more than the TV as we’ve been without a TV since august. We have 3 young children and it’s caused a lot of inconvenience, boredom & expense on our side.
