Is anyone aware of the wait times for a claim to go to the civil court. For context, we are trying to get a refund on a second hand faulty car. Been advised by CAB and will apparently be supported by trading standards going forward. Wait time important to know as the car is currently sat on our drive and we have been advised not to drive it (we only have this car) Many thanks.
