The blue app just won't work. The main website doesn't show anything so I'm assuming no win for me again. Time to enact my illogical plan 😂

Just logged in to my online account.

Nearly full holdings. Nothing last month. £50 this month.

Getting mighty pissed off with this, given the average rate of return they calculate.

@ChristmasCrumpet Can I ask how you see what you've won this month?

I guess it's a matter of what is important - guaranteed monthly income or the possibility of winning. I've small holdings, so for me £20 or less in income won't make a difference to my life. The possibility of winning big does, so it's a risk I'm happy with. I genuinely don't mean to offend as with nearly FH, what you can earn in interest is significant.

I didn't realise until just now you could do this, I don't know when it would have appeared, usually I just wait to click on the prize checker app (which shows from tomorrow).

What I just did was log on to the nsandi premium bonds website. Clicked "prize history" and there was an "October: £50" listed.

Whether that's been visible on the website since the 31st I don't know, I only just checked now.

A prize marked October would be from last month's draw.

Hello everyone I’ve just stumbled on this thread! I’m considering using some inheritance on premium bonds …. Should I? Seems like it’s exciting every month but not guaranteed but do you all reckon it’s worth it?

@Follycollie I’d say if you’ve maxed out your tax free ISA allowance and have other money in high interest accounts then there’s no harm in getting some PBs too. That’s what we did.

We worked out that if you have max holdings you need to win about £1500 per year to be on a par with what you’d get from a high interest savings account after tax.

Well I have nothing pending so that's another month with nothing on £35k

Three months now

Last month I had one prize pending the night before but had actually won two when I checked in the morning. So I think all is not lost!

No change of my balance on the blue app so I'll choose to ignore that until tomorrow.

If it's true that you can see pending prizes now then that must mean I haven't won anything this month which is pants
I very nearly transferred them all to the high interest saving account last month but then chicken out .
