Hi, I am hoping someone can give me a bit of advice. I signed up for the Headway app last month but then realised pretty quickly that it wasn’t for me. I then checked my bank balance and saw that three payments had come off totalling £45! I emailed them and tried to cancel it, as well as requesting a refund on all these extra payments. The payment seems to be coming through my PayPal which must be as I signed up to it on my phone. September payment has now come off my PayPal too!
I have chased Headway for a month and have heard nothing from them. I have also posted on their social media accounts to no avail.
I have now just got an email to say that they have closed my dispute as I have not responded! As you can imagine, I’m pretty hacked off now.
Any advice? Thanks very much.
