Child Benefit Not Paid

So I have an almost 12 week old lb. I applied for child benefit and got a letter saying it was approved and would be paid into my account. They made an initial payment on the 23rd of August - I'm presuming that was the backdated payment.
They last made a payment on the 25th of August.

I have not yet received a payment for this month. So am wondering if it's every month or every 4 weeks - if it is every 4 weeks I should have been paid yesterday but haven't.

If anyone can help me get my head around what's happened it would be appreciated, baby brain is hitting hard at the minute and depression/brain fog is really making me confused with everything.

Could be because it's a public holiday? It will probably get paid in on Tuesday.

It's usually paid on a Monday or Tuesday every 4 weeks. The 25th of august one was early because of the bank holiday Monday. You'll get your next one on monday

as above mine was paid on the 25th as the 27th was a bank holiday you will get it on Monday

If you go online on the government gateway you can see your details and when and how much your next payments will be. But as a rule its 4 weeks

Just tried to get onto it however I can't prove my identity as I need 2 ways to prove my id and I don't have a driving licence and my passport is in my maiden name still (no plans to go abroad so not bothered getting a new one).

Going to call them Monday to see if they can verify me another way then I can check on there whenever I need to.
