Sudden influx of scams

The past 2 days ive had phone calls & Texts from Rise Refunds and Reclaim now both stating that I'm owed a rebate from a ppi pay out . All calls are from a mobile number . Is this a new scam ?

I’m getting lots of bank phone calls, I do tend to keep them talking so there’s less chance if them scamming someone else. I also get lots of non delivery scams after I get notification of an actual delivery I am expecting, so there must be something that the scammers are doing to get these details.
