Agreement to pay and mortgage application

I'm hoping to apply for a mortage in the new-year. I checked my credit score on experian and it shows as good. I decided to get a free trail on check my file as they use all CRAs.

There is an arrangement to pay on a loan that I put in place years ago (stupidity of youth). I finished paying it in May 2017 so it will show until May 2024.

Will that have a big impact on a mortgage application? Will I have to wait for that to drop off?

If you paid it as agreed then that's a good thing not a negative?
Is your overall credit score good?

Correction, I finished paying it May 2018.

No because at the time I couldn't afford the repayments so I agreed a different repayment plan which shows as an adverse credit marker. That marker isn't removed until you pay it off.

With hindsight if I had let it default in 2014 instead of entering the paymemt arrangement it would have bloody dropped off by now!
